All eyes are on the celebrities attending this year's ABS-CBN Ball and their modern takes on Filipiniana attire. But beyond the butterfly sleeves on the the red carpet, we zoomed in on everyone's hair and makeup of choice that completed their looks. Ahead, we list the our picks for the standout beauty looks of the night:
1. Ylona Garcia
Ylona Garcia's baby hairs were sculpted to perfection. It's the elevated chignon we were looking for all night, and lucky for us, we didn't have to wait for long.

2. Agot Isidro
We're in love with Agot Isidro's new haircut—it alone deserves a spot on the list. But then, the way she flipped the ends outwards like a doll made our hearts stop and had us wanting to see more.

3. Bea Alonzo
Bea Alonzo's headpiece made of roses was a showstopper and the perfect finishing touch to her one-shouldered Jun Escario ensemble. The fuchsia lip was a no-brainer, too—a simple yet elegant detail that tied the entire look together.

4. Kim Jones
We saw a lot of vintage-inspired hairstyles on the red carpet, but Kim Jones' signature sleek locks and finger waves win all the awards for us. Add that to the square-edged pop of yellow and orange on her eyes that had us doing a double-take.

5. Maricar Reyes-Poon
No one expected a new hair color from Maricar tonight, let alone a full head dyed pastel pink. Nevertheless, it was the best time to debut it and we can't wait to see how she'll wear it off-duty.

6. Anne Curtis
Anne's homage to the '50s was incredibly well done. You'll probably see the same barrel roll waves, strong brows, and red lipstick combo if you looked back at vintage photos of Filipinas from that decade.

7. Cristine Reyes
Cristine Reyes didn't need her red hair to stand out tonight. Brushing her dark glossy strands back and swiping on a vibrant lip color sufficed, especially with her little one Amarah on her arm.

8. Julia Barretto
Julia Barretto's makeup was as light and airy as her white terno. Her skin was glowing, her brows were brushed to perfection, and the blurred edges of her ombré pink pout sealed the deal.

9. Janella Salvador
A ribboned ponytail is a red carpet classic, and Janella's was by far the best take on it that we witnessed. The sculpted tendril of baby hair by her ear may seem like a small detail, but it gave character to what could've otherwise been a plain ponytail.

10. Nadine Lustre
The sparkle in Nadine's eyes tonight wasn't a trick of the light—they were small crystals glued on her lower lashline. It practically completed her entire look, accessorizing her signature smokey eye and complementing her silver jewelry and the sequins on her Michael Leyva gown.
