I've always been a carnivore. My ideal menu consists of corned beef for breakfast, grilled liempo for lunch and some lamb chops for dinner. So when I was assigned to try being vegetarian for a month, I did imagine myself turning a little crazy.
The thing is, I've never had a problem with veggies. I've actually always loved a good salad, but just as long as it comes as a side to the main meat entrée. But anyway I was game to learn about the benefits of going vegetarian first hand. I knew the biggest problem I would encounter would be self-control (since I have none). But I gave myself the benefit of the doubt and just took the jump.
