5 Ways to Boost Your Whitening Regimen

4. GET SOME EXERCISE.

Think of it as cleansing your skin from the inside. When you exercise, it helps nourish skin cells and flush cellular waste out of your body system. So even if you’re a busy bee, try to allot at least 20 minutes to working out.
