It's technically still Fall-Winter in the fashion magazine world, but we can't help looking forward to sartorially sunnier days! The same goes for beauty looks, too.
But to be quite honest, it can get pretty hard to hop on the season's best beauty trends when you're four-eyed. From personal experience, glasses-wearers tend to laze around eye makeup ("they're going to be hidden anyway!"), not knowing that lenses actually highlight your peepers. Here's a cue to start preening, even from behind your frames!
To help you out, we've put together five eye makeup looks (fresh from the Spring-Summer 2017 runways!) for the bespectacled to try. We've even drawn some glasses on so it'll be easier to envision!

1. Glossy lilac lids at Nina Ricci
Glossy, colored lids took centerstage at Nina Ricci, where Diane Kendal created lilac, turquoise, and peach layered shades for each model.

2. Balmain's ashen smolder
This isn't your classic smoky eye: at Balmain and Altuzarra, makeup maestro Tom Pecheux applied gloss over black liner for maximum smudge. Bonus: look up Christopher Kane's show, where the messy shadow was inspired by cigarette ash!

3. Metallic brick liner at Chloé
Aaron de Mey dubbed a subtle, metallic red-brown liner drawn directly onto the waterline as the focus of Chloé's beauty look.

4. Erdem's tangerine dream
Inspired by a woman emerging from a shipwreck, Val Garland's makeup at Erdem showcased lips, cheeks, and eyes all painted in the same sheer, orange-peach hue.

5. Subtle silver at Elie Saab
Take another cue from Tom Pecheux, this time at Elie Saab—draw a feline flick on with black shadow instead of liquid liner, then add a flash of silver at the inner corners.
