She's definitely keeping her Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental crown.

A few days after the Binibining Pilipinas 2017 coronation night, rumors surfaced about one queen's plan to give up her crown. A pageant organizer released a statement saying that Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinenal winner, Katarina Rodriguez, has expressed that she may not accept the crown.

However, shortly later, the newly-crowned Binibini responded to the brewing controversy and denied making any announcements about giving up the crown.

The day after, she posted a photo on Instagram to further clarify her side of the issue.

CNN confirmed the news on the same day, quoting Bb. Pilipinas Charities Inc.'s Gines Enriquez who claimed Katarina was "back in the game." The beauty queen herself said, "If I could sleep with the crown, I'd sleep with it," in another interview.

Finally putting the rumors to rest, Katarina posted her first IG photo wearing the crown, captioned: "Xoxo, your Binibining Intercontinental 2017."

So there you have it, folks. This queen is without a doubt keeping the crown. Not just that; she's determined to be the first Pinay to win the Miss Intercontinental pageant.

 Congratulations once again, Katarina!
