It's literally a match made in makeup heaven.

There's no doubt that finding the perfect foundation for your skin tone can be a total pain in the neck. Trial and error is tiring, after alland how many bottles of makeup are gathering dust on your dresser, ignored for the sole reason that they're just too light or too dark for your face?

Lancôme has come up with the ultimate solution, and we are drooling over it. Introducing the Le Teint Particulier Custom Made Makeup!

So how does this beauty miracle work? Starting with a skin-scanner that detects all of the tiny micro pigments that make up your skin tone, the instrument reads different areas of your face and then computes the perfect average in order to color match your custom foundation. This information loads into a computer where you are able to see your undertones and overtones (i.e. how much yellow or red is in your skin). The algorithm also assesses which type of coverage is best for your skinsheer, medium, or full.

Here's where things start shaking up (literally). Lancôme's custom made machine is equipped with eight peristaltic pumps that create an airtight blending and dispensing process. After dispensing your recommended colors, the liquid goes into another machine that shakes it up at hyper speed so that the shades blend seamlessly together. You'll have your very own perfectly-matched bottle of Lancôme foundation in just 15 minutes. Watch how it works below:

According to Lancôme's website, "Micro-fill technology infuses a weightless liquid foundation with high-impact pigments that glide on easily to flatter and hydrate. Meticulously balanced with neutral and natural undertones to create an ultra-flawless finish that’s like a second skin. Long-wearing, breathable, oil-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free formula safe for sensitive complexions."

In our opinion, the $80 price tag is worth it. It's a bespoke base made for you, after all!
