It's so simple.

Fact: Everything you do to your skin now will affect how it looks when you're older. So if it's your goal to age gracefully, it's best to pick up the skin care habit early. To help you start, we caught up with Pond's ambassadors Iza Calzado, Agoo Bengzon, and Rissa Mananquil-Trillo to ask for their tips on staying youthful without the complications.

1. Update your skin care regimen.

"Once you hit your 30s, your whole regimen really has to change," says Agoo. That's because as you age, your skin becomes more dehydrated and prone to wrinkles, dark spots, and a list of other things you didn't even know could happen. Adding an eye cream and other treatment products in your routine will help counteract this, since they'll keep your skin moisturized and exfoliated.

For Agoo, retinol is one ingredient we should pay attention to. It's a form of Vitamin A that diminishes the efffects of sun damage, so it's really something you'd want in your anti-wrinkle products. "It really works deep into the skin," she explains.

2. Invest in multi-tasking products.

An updated skin care routine doesn't need to have a ton of steps. For women who are always on-the-go, a simple three-step routine will suffice provided that you use products with twice the skin benefits. As Rissa puts it, you'd want something that multitasks and works as hard as you do. And for her, wrinkle care is made easy with Pond's Age Miracle Intensive Wrinkle Correcting Cream.

"This product has micro-oils, which is a very big trend in beauty right now. I like it because it works 24 hours on your skin. It's highly-moisturizing but still very lightweight," Rissa says. "With the Retinol-C Complex, it works its magic while you're sleeping, so when you wake up your wrinkles are treated and you have a youthful glow."

Iza swears by it, too, being too busy to maintain a complicated routine. "You just cleanse, you put it on, and you're done. Pond's really made it so easy. No need to think about so many steps," she muses.

3. Never skip the SPF.

"At the end of the day, it's the sun that will age you," continues Agoo. "You don't realize it in your 20s because your skin is still good, but it'll show 10 years from now." For her, using sunscreen is the best anti-aging tip out there. Even if you're not at the beach and just indoors, sun protection is essential for fighting signs of aging.

"If you're feeling lazy, use a moisturizer that has SPF. Because at least when you moisturize, you're also protecting yourself from the sun," advises the beauty expert.

4. Maintain your skin care routine.

Most products work better when you use them consistently, so making skin care a habit will give you the best results. "No matter how tired I am, I always manage to remove my makeup and apply all my moisturizers," Iza shares. And the earlier you incorporate certain ingredients like retinol into your regimen, the better you can prevent the sun from taking a toll on your skin.

Rissa even told us about a conversation she had with a Pond's global beauty expert who "said that the way you take care of your skin on the first 12 years of your life will dictate how your skin will look when you get older." Future parents, take note!

5. Remember that prevention is key.

We asked all three women about the skin care tip they wish they followed 10 years ago. For Agoo and Rissa, it's to not stay in the sun too long. They also advise against letting stress take a toll on your skin, because your state of mind really affects it. "When you're happy, you'll be glowing even without makeup," Rissa says. For Iza, it's the lesson of hydration. "Drink lots of water and moisturize," the actress reminds her younger self.
